Very helpful staff, especially Calvin. My husband was unable to return from Singapore due to limited flights and Calvin helped checked for and secured a seat for him. He was very patient in answering my questions and even forwarded a list of things my husband had to look out for / do before coming back into Perth. My children have been going through Aust World Travel previously on their travels to Japan.

Our travel agent Scott (formerly from Flight Centre Morley) moved to greener pastures so we were on the search for a new travel agent for our trip to Japan. Flight Centre always had a long queue so we checked out Helloworld in Morley who wanted to charge us about $150 just to have a chat. What a joke! So did a quick google and saw Aus World Travel had won an award from one of the Japanese Airlines (ANA). Called them up and after a few phone calls and two face to face meetings, none of which cost us a cent; we have booked our family of three to Japan. We were helped by Leslie and Eric both of which have been very helpful. I guess we've found our new travel agent :)

We joined a one day Pinnacle tour which is valued for money. The tour guide was also a driver who did a good job in showcasing the attractions.
